We’re looking for an experienced finance & operations officer on a 2 to 3 days (15 hours per week) part-time basis to join the team at Chatswood (Hybrid with Tuesdays in the office), reporting to the Chief Finance & Operations Officer.

Role and Responsibility
- Entering financial information into accounting software (Xero)
- Managing accounts payable & Assisting accounts receivable
- Donation processing into CRM (Salesforce) & Arrears Management
- Managing day-to-day banking transactions, and bank reconciliations
- Reconciling credit card expenses and reimbursements
- Assisting payroll processing
- General office admin & operations
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in an NFP organisation
- Strong attention-to-detail, and organisational skills
- High-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and experience in CRM systems and accounting software.
- Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Align with WorldShare’s Christian mission and vision, ability to participate in Christian activities at WorldShare, including prayer times.
