WorldShare invites you to join a team to China in 2016 to teach conversational English at DuGao Secondary School in DuAn. There will be 400 students in 20 classes, and you will be placed in a teaching team of 3 – 4 people to take one of the classes. Conversational English and sharing God’s love are the main aims!

DuAn, Guangxi

DuAn is situated in Guangxi province in south-central China where WorldShare partners with A&A Ministries to work amongst the Yao and Zhuang minority groups. The students at DuGao Secondary School carry the hopes and expectation of their families that they will reach university and earn a good wage. As a foreign English teacher, you will work with 16-year old students who need good English skills to gain entry to university. In addition you will have the opportunity to demonstrate God’s love in action. For the students, the camp is the highlight of the year!

A&A Ministries

Ministry Partners Alfred and Alsie have been working in this area since 2002. As part of their program in the area, WorldShare has run English camps in DuAn since 2004, much to the delight of thousands of Chinese students. A&A Ministries also support local pastors and churches to bring the light of Christ into communities of these unreached people groups.
