lives transformed and hope restored to the outcast and most marginalised throughout
the world. Each person on our Executive Team and Board brings with them
giftedness, a wealth of experience and a deep conviction for Jesus’ love to be
experienced by all.
Sandy joined WorldShare as interim CEO in May 2018 after serving on WorldShare’s Board. Sandy is covering Joanna Mansfield’s maternity leave, until March 2019.
Sandy's previous roles include various leadership positions within the Financial Advice Industry, specialising in strategic planning, team development, efficiency realisation, change and project management. Sandy has a Bachelor in Management Studies, majoring in Human Resources, and Strategic Management and Leadership.
Sandy is passionate about developing strong leadership, governance and process management to enable charities and not-for-profits to live out Jesus’s mission here on earth - to care for the outcast, forgotten and marginalised.
Joseph is responsible for WorldShare’s financial management, ensuring the implementation of robust financial management and operations across the organisation. Joseph has over 20 years' experience in three diverse countries; India, Kingdom of Bahrain & Australia. Joseph holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce from Loyola College (University of Madras) and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Canberra. Joseph was born in Madras, India and migrated to Australia in 2008. He joined WorldShare in 2015 and is married with two children.
Blaise joined WorldShare in 2017 and works closely with the Ministry Partners to make significant and sustainable impacts in local communities. Born in Lusenda, South Kivu in Democratic Republic of Congo, Blaise and his family fled the Democratic Republic of Congo in 1996, and he spent the next 16 years of his life in refugee camp in Tanzania where he received his primary and secondary schooling whilst waiting for resettlement in a new country. Blaise migrated to Australia in 2011 after completing his undergraduate degree in Tanzania. Blaise has worked in Community Development for over 10 years and is currently completing a Masters of International and Community Development.
Stuart Harris is a passionate communicator, and has an extensive career in marketing and the creative arts. He is the General Manager of the Australian Christian Channel (ACCTV) and was previously Country Manager for Christian Vision (CV). Prior roles include operating a creative media agency, product marketing for Apple and he has produced and directed film and tv production both locally and internationally. He’s also co-founder of Love in Action, a creative brand that tells engaging stories of hope through print and screen media. Stuart joined the WorldShare Board in 2012.
Jo is a director of a charity, specialising in marketing and fundraising. She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management both from the Australian Catholic University. Jo joined the WorldShare Board in May 2017.
Victoria brings experience in strategy development, organisation design, program management and change management. She is a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group advising ASX top 200 clients across industrial goods, consumer goods, telecommunications and media, airlines and public sector. She has held various roles with Save the Children, the United Nations Commission on International Trade and other education and social services non-government organisations. Victoria holds a Masters of Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws from the University of New South Wales. Victoria joined the WorldShare Board in May 2017.
John is the National Ministry Director (COO) of Alpha Australia. John has 17 years’ experience providing leadership in the "for purpose" sector with strengths in people management, international partnering, networking, innovative solution design and strategic thinking. He is inspired by working in cross-cultural environments, designing new strategies and developing leadership talent. John has previously held roles at Mission Australia, Anglicare, World Vision Australia and Habitat for Humanity Australia. John joined the WorldShare Board in May 2017.
Craig practicing as a barrister based in Sydney. Previously Craig worked in management, social work and family therapy. Craig has been a long-time supporter of WorldShare. Craig joined the WorldShare Board in May 2017.
Peter is the Director of Finance and Operations at Baptist World Aid, a position he has held since 2009. He has more than 25 years of business and financial management experience in corporate and not-for-profit sectors, including extensive experience in strategic planning, change management, and organisational development. Peter holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Marketing, and a Master of Strategic Organisational Development. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and a member of the Fundraising Institute of Australia. Peter joined the WorldShare board in March 2017.
Krystal is an Evaluation Specialist Consultant in the International Development space. Her previous roles include Research Specialist with World Vision International, as well as Field Partnerships Advisor with World Vision Australia. Krystal's work has taken her to many countries across Africa and the Pacific, and she has lived in both Uganda and Solomon Islands. Prior to her roles with World Vision, Krystal worked with refugees recently migrated to Melbourne. Krystal holds a Master of Evaluation from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Social Science (International Development) from RMIT University as well as a Bachelor of Laws/Arts from Monash. Krystal joined the WorldShare Board in May 2017.
