Sun 7th – DR Congo Pray for three young members of the deaf community, whose parents have been taken away and not heard from for weeks now. Pray that God would give these young people His peace, and comfort them as they wait and fear the worst. Pray also for our ministry partner as they support these young people during this difficult time.
Week 2
Mon 8th – Uganda Pray for the safe and speedy transportation of a container of medical equipment from the USA for our partner’s new maternity centre.
Tue 9th – DR Congo Praise God for the food program at our partner’s primary school inside a displacement camp, that provides nutritious food to children at school (often these are the only nutritious meals they’ll get that day). Thanks in part to this program, many children have returned to school during this difficult time of war, (which isn’t the case for other schools in the area).
Wed 10th – Cambodia Praise God for the success of the recent community clean-up day, organised and lead by school children in our partner’s program. The event was a great success, and their initiative inspired the community and showcased the positive impact that young leaders can have.

The soldiers are reportedly ordering them to leave the camps and return to their villages, but many villages have been ravaged by the war and so there is nothing (no food, homes, or livelihood) for them to return to.
Sun 28th – Uganda Even though Uganda’s presidential election is not expected until next January, there are already concerns about political conflict and instability in the lead up. Pray for peace over the country during this time.
