
Week 1
Wed 1st – DR Congo Pray for providing healthcare in challenging conditions of the crisis in Goma caused by the ongoing war. And pray for the restoration of peace and security in Goma and in the East, as the political and economic context keeps worsening.
Thu 2nd – Uganda We continue to thank God for the continuous provision of funding for the mission projects with our partners in the country.
Fri 3rd – India Pray for wisdom, clear vision, good decision-making, and unity among the school management and staff for the growth and smooth functioning of the school.
Sat 4th – Indonesia Praise the Lord for the regular children’s assembly meetings held in three villages. Please continue to pray that the children will remain enthusiastic about participating in these meetings and will experience positive changes in their lives.
Sun 5th – Cambodia Pray for a workshop that our partner is organising between their teachers and community leaders and representatives from government departments, to help them understand relevant government policies and how to implement them. Pray for good relations with the various ministries to be built.
Mon 6th – Uganda We thank God for the provision of vital maternity equipment that was received this year by WorldShare’s local partner. And the Medical Doctor who joined their team to boost services, is also an answer to prayer.
Tue 7th – DR Congo Pray for the general assembly meetings taking place in April this year. May God lead the leaders to take decisions that will orient our mission partner during the challenging times they are living through during war in Goma.
Week 2
Wed 8th – Uganda Continue praying for provision for children who exited our program in December that they may continue with their education in 2026, even outside the project.
Thu 9th – DR Congo Please join with us in praying for peace and protection and an end to suffering faced by women and girls in the DR Congo.
Fri 10th – Cambodia Praise the Lord that our partner is progressing through the process of renewing two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation.
Sat 11th – Indonesia Praise God for the meeting with church partners that took place, where partners learned together and reviewed lessons on Stations of Generosity. Please pray that lessons learned will become practical guidance for each church leader.
Sun 12th – India We pray for students who are graduating soon, that they would finish their final exams well and make wise decisions on the next steps of their education, training or work.
Mon 13th – DR Congo Pray for families of sponsored children. May God continue to provide for their survival during the difficult time people are still facing in Goma and surrounding communities caused by the war.
Tue14th – Uganda We thank God for the successful registration and licensing of the maternity centre and the completion of the new power installation.
Week 3
Wed 15th – DR Congo Pray for the restoration of peace in the IDP (Internally Displaced Persons) communities, so that the families of the students may resume their activities and be able to provide for the needs of their children.
Thu 16th – Uganda We thank God for the successful letter writing and scholastic material distribution activities that were undertaken.
Fri 17th – Indonesia Praise the Lord for two commercial gardens which have completed their first stage of sales. Please pray that the second stage of planting will go well and that the community members involved will continue to stay committed to developing these commercial gardens.
Sat 18th – India We place the granite quarry drinking water project, on the outskirts of the city of Bangalore, into God’s care. May all challenges be resolved smoothly, and the community there to receive sufficient safe drinking water.
Sun 19th – Cambodia Praise God for the good health, strength, and safe travels of all our local partner’s program staff as they journey to the target communities throughout the province.
Mon 20th – DR Congo Let us continue to pray for the country’s leaders, that God may give them the wisdom and discernment necessary to govern Congo well, a country plagued by so many conflicts.
Tue 21st – Uganda Pray for the girls as they have settled back into school and also pray for the students in WorldShare’s local partner’s sponsorship program in school for them to excel in their studies.
Week 4
Wed 22nd – Uganda Praise be to the Lord for the many youths who have been transformed with evangelism through games and sports. And we pray that God will help WorldShare’s local partners plant more churches.
Thu 23rd – DR Congo We thank the Lord and those who prayed for members of the Deaf community who were baptised recently – glory to God. And we thank the trauma trainers of our local partners, as their work is beginning to have an impact and is a step towards overcoming trauma.
Fri 24th – Cambodia Thank God that our local partner’s recent community leaders meeting went well, which provided a valuable opportunity to share experiences, achievements, and challenges.
Sat 25th – India Join us in praying for preachers across Tamil Nadu. May they be strengthened and guided to expand the churches and share God’s Word and teachings with all those around them.
Sun 26th – Indonesia Please continue to pray for market network partners, that they will remain committed to buying vegetables produced from the commercial gardens.
Mon 27th – DR Congo We’re thankful to God for standing on the side of WorldShare’s mission partners through a difficult year so far without banks and a working airport, enabling the ministry to support many vulnerable people in communities in and around Goma.
Tue 28th – Uganda Pray for wisdom, encouragement and strength for our partner maternity centre staff as they work, and the resources that they need to care for expecting and new mothers in their communities.
Week 5
Wed 29th – Cambodia Praise God for the recent opportunity our partner had to deliver food relief packages to four regional schools facing need. It’s been wonderful to see how our partners, the schools, and local authorities worked hand-in-hand to make this possible.
Thu 30th – DR Congo Praise the Lord for His provision of the doctors, nurses, and social workers at our ministry partner’s hospital, who are working long hours supporting wounded victims of the ongoing violence in Goma.
