International Partnerships and Connect Coordinator

WorldShare is looking for an International Partnerships and Connect Coordinator, you’ll work alongside local ministry organisations across Africa and South Asia, supporting them to build strong systems, governance, and sustainable programs that address poverty in their communities. You’ll also lead WorldShare Connect, coordinating relationships between Australian NGOs and the overseas partners they support.

This role combines relationship-building, technical support, and hands-on coordination — from reviewing project proposals and budgets to conducting international field visits. It’s ideal for a self-starter with 5–10 years’ experience in international development, a heart for locally-led change, and a strong alignment with WorldShare’s Christian ethos and values.

For over 80 years, WorldShare has worked through local partnerships to transform lives and restore hope for vulnerable communities across Africa and Asia. We work alongside Christian organisations as they bring lasting change to their communities and share the gospel.

Join our small but dynamic team as our next International Partnerships & Connect Coordinator. In this role, you will nurture partnerships across Africa and Asia, provide project-cycle management support and monitoring, champion sector good practice, and liaise with Australian-based supporters.

What you will bring to the role:

• 5–10 years of experience in International Development
• Commitment to high-quality, respectful, and collaborative partnerships
• Strong organizational and project management skills
